“ Adam was very accommodating and helpful with the menu, making sure we enjoy our experience. As an ex employee at the competitor Ricky's, I can say AJ'S spice levels are at more managable levels. Perfect if you're nervous about spice but would like to try nashville hot chicken. They have many options from sandwiches, to loaded fries it's your chicken your way. Wait time is a bit long but it's fresh chicken made right every time. Not to mention they have free soft serve! ”

They're already well known for their chicken sandwiches, so those were definitely authentic, better even than some places I've tried in Nashville! For a place specializing hot chicken, they have the best beef burgers in DFW! What makes everything so good was without a doubt their secret sauce! AJ's definitely doesn't cut any corners on quality or portion sizes. Everything was generously served to accommodate our group too. We appreciated how helpful and patient the staff were. The food looks even better served than it does in photos, they were that good. We will obviously make this a permanent lunch spot for our meetings whenever we're in Richardson!
